Reopening Policies
After a 10 week closure due to COVID-19, we are reopening the studio with your safety as our first priority. We’ve put some new policies in place in light of that…check them out!
Booking Your Bike
In order to maintain social distancing best practices, we’re offering a limited number of bikes in The Bike Room. All bikes are spaced at least 6 feet apart.
Bikes can be booked with a Ride Series, 1 Ride, or The Sparks Club. Unlimited Ride contracts will be kept on hold while we’re operating at a limited capacity.
Late Cancel and No Show policies will be strictly enforced.
If you’d like to switch your bike, please contact the studio at least 1 hour before your Ride. We cannot allow you to switch your bike within 1 hour of your Ride.
No walk-ins allowed.
Waitlisted Riders will be notified at least 1 hour before the Ride. If you’re on the waitlist and have not been notified that you are on a bike, please do not come to the studio.
Staff Screened Before Shift
Each team member will be screened prior to their shift for risk factors associated with COVID-19.
Check In
The studio will open 10 minutes before your Ride. If you arrive at the studio prior to this, please wait in your car. There is space for 7 people to wait to check in. Please use the floor markings to maintain 6 feet between you and the next Rider.
Please only bring your essential items into the studio.
A face covering is required to enter the studio. If you don’t have one, we can provide one and charge your card on file $15. If you choose not to purchase one, you will not be allowed in the studio and you will be charged a $14 Late Cancel fee.
When you get to the Front Desk Team Member at the computer, please provide your name, and she will check you in.
Cubbies are assigned by your bike number. Odd cubbies are located next to The Bike Room, and even cubbies are located in the retail space. Your cubby will have your bike shoes in it. Please leave your street shoes, cell phone, and your keys in your cubby.
There will be no seating outside The Bike Room; please wait to put your bike shoes on until you’re next to your bike.
The water bottle filling station is closed. Bottled water is available from the Front Desk Team for $3.
The Bike Room
The Bike Room will be open while you’re in the studio. After you check in and place your belongings in your cubby, please go directly to your bike.
Please leave your face covering on until you are clipped into your bike. Bring your water and your shoes, select your weights as you enter The Bike Room. When you get to your bike, put your shoes on, and hang your face covering from your handle bars after you’re clipped in.
Entry into The Bike Room is not allowed after the Ride has started.
★ ENJOY YOUR RIDE ★
If you must leave The Bike Room prior to the Ride ending, you will not be allowed to re-enter.
Following the Ride, please replace your face covering, remove your shoes, and leave them by your bike. Our team will thoroughly clean your bike, shoes, and weights with hospital grade disinfectant after your Ride.
Your Instructor will open and prop The Bike Room door. Please exit The Bike Room in bike number order and maintain 6 feet between you and the Rider in front of you.
If you have a question for your Instructor, she will be in the windowed corner. Please respect social distancing guidelines.
In order to clean the studio properly, the studio door will be locked 5 minutes after the Ride has ended.
