All series activate on the first Ride booked with them. Recurring series are billed monthly on the activation day.

To cancel a recurring series, please email the studio with at least 14 days notice.

For every new Rider you refer to Ignite, you’ll get $25 in your account to use for anything at Ignite - Rides, merch, gifts. In order for the credit to go to your account, the new Rider must use your referral code to create their account.
